How Sidekick Sarah was created
After two decades of keeping offices running like a well-oiled machine, I know my way around organization and multi-tasking.
Helping others has always been something that comes naturally to me. During the pandemic, I was looking for a little extra cash. My business coach had another client that needed some help with her marketing company. She connected the two of us, and the rest is well .... Sidekick Sarah!
Starting with social media, and setting up online food shows, my first client turned into two. Then four. Before I knew it, I was running my own Virtual Assistant business and hiring my friend to help me all our clients goals. In late 2024, I hired my husband to help take a few things off my plate so that we could help more clients grow! The last five years have been so much fun. Each day brings new and exciting tasks. I've learned so much and cannot wait to learn more!

Personal
Sarah has been married to her sweetheart for nearly 10 years. Together, they have 3 kids (living in 3 states). The youngest is graduating high school Spring 2025 and later in the year, will be welcoming their third grandbaby!
Mike & Sarah enjoy spending time with their kids, grands, and the rest of their families. Playing cards, taking the dogs for a hike (or walk), and occasionally squeeze in a weekend away just the two of them!
Professional
Sarah continues to work part-time as an Office Manager for a painting contractor. This was 'supposed' to be part-time for awhile when she got divorced to help pay for health insurance. However, they are so good to her, she says she is never leaving!
Being an Office Manager is the perfect fit for Sarah. She is a multi-tasking, overly organized, neat freak. LOL Personality tests show her as "Responsible, Strategic, & Disciplined".

Mike “Bubba” is a seasoned project manager and strategic thinker who brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of know-how to every role he takes on. With nearly a decade of marriage to his sweetheart, Sarah, and three grown children spread across the country, Mike balances his leadership in the workplace with a deep love for family life. They’re proud grandparents with grandbaby number three arriving in late 2025, and as their youngest prepares to graduate high school, the Bubba household is buzzing with excitement.
Outside the office, you’ll find Mike enjoying the simple pleasures—card games around the kitchen table, weekend hikes with the dogs, or quiet getaways with Sarah. No matter how busy life gets, family always comes first.

Professionally, Mike has spent the last five years leading projects in a custom cabinet shop, following a successful career in sales and management within the adult beverage distribution industry. His diverse experience means he’s just as comfortable managing a job site as he is mentoring a team or closing a deal.
