When I first started my Virtual Assistant business, I wasn’t chasing a trend or following a playbook — I was chasing freedom, purpose, and balance. I started Sidekick Sarah out of a simple desire to help. I’ve always been the person people call when they’re overwhelmed — the one who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and bringing calm to chaos.

At first, it was just me, my laptop, and a handful of clients who trusted me to handle the “small stuff.” But those small things were life-changing for them — and for me. Every task I completed gave my clients time back with their families, reduced their stress, and helped them focus on the parts of their business they loved. That’s when I realized: this wasn’t just a job. It was my calling.
